Inside Out Mentoring offers the opportunity to design a program specifically tailored for each individual that identifies and focuses on strengths in order to achieve personal goals. Mentoring provides a structured avenue to help identify any aspect of a person’s life they feel needs improvement and strategically plan to make those improvements a reality through positive reflection and action. Throughout the different stages of our life everyone identifies areas that need further development in order to achieve their full potential. While these stages can be either long term or temporary, we may want to seek assistance to improve our academics, time management, organizational skills, long term planning, independent and interdependent living skills, or friendships, family, personal and interpersonal relationships.
